Here at SEAGRASS + WILLOW we are dedicated to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website and subscribers to our newsletter. In the interest of being completely transparent we will only ever use any personal data you give in compliance with this privacy policy. We will never sell or rent your personal data to any third parties, read on to find out when we collect your data and how we use it.
VISITING OUR SITE
When someone visits our site we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this for our marketing purposes to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We would love to keep in touch with you and send you news and information about SEAGRASS + WILLOW. If you choose to subscribe to our e-newsletter we will hold your name and email to contact you about any new products that may be coming out, sales that may launch and any general news about SEAGRASS + WILLOW. We may also contact you regarding keeping in touch and if you are still happy to be contacted by us.

The information you give us for our mailing list will not be used in any other way. It will not be saved on any other system aside from the mail list you signed up for, and we will not transfer it to any other lists unless you allow us to do so.
CUSTOMERS
When you purchase any products from our website we store your name, delivery address and email to ensure that we can send you any necessary information to complete your transaction. We will hold your data for a maximum of 2 years and may from time to time email you with information that we feel will be of interest to you.
