SHIPPING & RETURNS


SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to despatch your order the following working day. All orders will be posted as second class signed for by Royal Mail (3-5 working days).

​Our shipping prices are calculated by product size:

  • Small accessories - £2.00
  • Clothing and larger accessories - £3.75
  • Baskets - £5.00
  • Laundry baskets - £10.00 

If you are ordering more than one item, postage will be calculated on the largest item. 


RETURNS POLICY

I hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but if not please contact us at info@seagrassandwillow.com within three days of delivery and we will supply you with the returns process.

  • Items must be dispatched back within 7 days of receiving.
  • Please enclose your order form with the returned item. Once I have received your return, your refund will be processed within three working days.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Fouta Towels
